Yuma is a unique city in that 9 months out of the year we have winter visitors who come from all over North America; who love Jesus and want to serve him while they are with us. The following are some areas in which you can get involved at FSBC, even if you are a winter visitor. Keep in mind that depending on the ministry there might be some limitations involved for those who are not members of FSBC and with some, (children or youth), requiring a background check.

Meets each Thursday @ 8am to clean the church and then for breakfast together at a local restaurant.
MAINTENANCE
Help is needed from time to time on special maintenance and repair projects.
YARD WORK
Works on Saturday mornings to mow the land and prepare the grounds for each Sunday.

AWANA CLUBS
Meets on Wednesdays, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm during the school year. Verse listeners and assistant leaders are needed for preschoolers, Kindergarten – 2nd grade, and 3rd – 5th grade groups.
NURSERY
Child care for infants and toddlers during Sunday School and Morning Worship
CHILDREN’S WORSHIP
Meets on Sundays during worship Service. Volunteers are asked to serve once a month teaching preschoolers and/or younger grade school children. Using the Brite curriculum.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Assistants are needed in the Preschool and Children’s Bible Study classes. These classes meet @ 9:15am on Sunday mornings.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Every summer our church offers VBS to the kids of the Foothills community. There are many unique jobs that need to be filled by those willing to serve.
Security Team

This armed team serves to keep the FSBC campus secure both inside and out during Sunday and Wednesday services. The respond to any and all emergency situations.
Welcome Team

Worship Team

AUDIO/VISUAL MINISTRY
Team members are needed on a rotating basis to help run the sound board or computer during worship services. Team members attend practice on Thursday evenings @ 5:30pm and on Sunday morning @ 8:00am.
INSTURMENTALISTS
Instrumentalists are needed to be a part of the team that leads the church in worship on Sunday mornings. Team members attend practice on Thursday evenings @ 5:30pm and on Sunday morning @ 8:00am.
VOCALISTS
Vocalists are needed to be a part of the team that leads worship. Team members attend practice on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, as well. If you would like to sing special music please contact the Worship Ministries Director, Luis Manos Jr.
